COVID-19: Service Update
Given the latest guidance from the government, we are now postponing ALL non-essential work. We will do our utmost to cover emergencies, but our priority must be to keep our staff and customers safe and well.
If you have work booked in, we’ll be in touch to let you know what the situation is. If you need us, please give us a call – if we can’t get to the phone then do leave us a message and we’ll get back to you asap.
These are some of the jobs that may be classed as an emergency – but please bear in mind that we will have to take each day as it comes and make decisions on a case by case basis:
* Gas & Oil Boiler Heating/hot water breakdowns (only where essential and no back up available)
* Urgent oil tank replacements (e.g. your tank has split or failed)
* Gas/Oil leaks
* Uncontrolled water leaks
* Carbon Monoxide Alarm activation
We will do our best to keep your heating and plumbing running safely in these difficult times - but seriously, if you have a drippy tap in your third bathroom in your second home, we won’t be coming out to you until the situation changes...
