So after 6 and a half years of self employment it’s with mixed feelings that I’m signing out. I’ll miss meeting great customers and designing storage solutions for them. I’ll miss the independence of working for myself. However I’m so excited to be working at a superb college, with a great team and teaching some amazing students. I firmly believe that I’m returning to education with a far better understanding of how the world outside education works which I think will make me a better teacher.
A huge thanks to all my customers and family for all their support. A special mention to Bill Meadowcroft for his help early on and his patience when building snow slopes. A huge thanks to Steve SBS for his kindness, patience and his wise words. Also thanks to Gibby, Si and Briggo for their support and good humour. Also thanks to Rosie at Glossop garden centre for her belief in me and to Mark the owner of the largest cinema screen in Glossop.
