最近真係 Ohme Home Pro 裝唔停 😄
今次再次來到 Manchester M24，為客人安裝 Ohme Home Pro 智能 EV Charger。

最近到 M24 幫客人完成車房電力工程，按客人需要新增照明及插座，令車房更加實用、安全。

🔌【租客一個通知，可能已經係火災前兆】⚠️

租客發現廚房插座有燒焦痕跡及異味，即刻通知 Letting Agent，
Agent 再聯絡我到場檢查及更換。

📸（相中可見）
• 插座明顯有過熱及燶痕
• 屬於內部接觸不良，長時間使用後開始發熱
• 再拖延落去，真係有機會起火

👉 好彩租客有即時反映，Agent 亦有即刻安排處理，
最後：
• ✅ 更換全新插座
• ✅ 即場測試 polarity / loop / safety
• ✅ 確保用電安全，避免進一步風險

🔌 [Tenant Reported It Just in Time – A Fire Risk Prevented] ⚠️

The tenant noticed burn marks and a burning smell from a kitchen socket and reported it to the letting agent.
I was instructed to attend and investigate.

📸 What we found:
• Clear signs of overheating and scorching
• Caused by poor internal contact
• Left unattended, this could easily have resulted in a fire

✅ The socket was replaced immediately
✅ Full safety tests carried out (polarity, loop, functionality)
✅ Electrical safety restored
