Big massive job

I’ve just started working on Oldham library. The old building on union street. Massive job starting pretty much from scratch, nearly a years work. I love the commercial side of plumbing, in a big place with lots drawings and problems. It’s a grade 2 listed building and I’m trying navigate the plumbing and heating systems within. Having spent over 20 years learning from some incredible plumbers, this is my forte. With this in mind I’m not going to be available for domestic work for some time. Small jobs at weekends depending on what they are I will still do. Ie: outside taps, toilets not working, gas safety checks, boiler services( proving they’re working fine). Smaller jobs. I’m doing 50 hours a week mon-fri so all day jobs on Saturday are a bit too much. Thank you. I’ll keep you posted on the library progress. Thanks
