Customer was having water leaking into the sub floor,after further investigation with CCTV unit and dye test we found open joint between the cast iron stack and the rest bend,replaced rest bend and repiped,no more open joint and no leaks😁

Customer kept experiencing blocked drains,after further investigation with camera unit we found a collapsed drain in 2 areas,1 on the t junction connecting the gully to the toilet line and 1 on the rest bend,we removed all pipework and replaced with new,no more issues and no more blockages!

Customer rang with drains constantly blocking!
Found mass roots ingressing into manhole chamber,removed all roots and replaced with new chamber,patch lined the upstream and downstream lines and also wrapped chamber with polythene sheet to help stop the roots growing back through in the future.

Customer rang with subsidence on conservatory,after further investigation we found the rainwater gully and SVP were both leaking into ground and may have caused damage to footings on conservatory.
Removed old gully and rest end and installed new 6"gully and new rest bend,correct rainwater pipes to fall directly into gully and re-instate area.

Carpet right rang and explained when it rained water would leak onto the shop floor!after further investigation and a big ladder!we found a leak coming from a crack on the 90 bend on the rain water pipe!
We removed the section of pipe and fixed the leak.
