The Holcombe Project 🥶

Another job we completed a few weeks back over in the Moorside area of Oldham. Complete garden overhaul completed on this one it was literally a bombsite before we started 💣😭

This garden is absolutely massive but our client is a landlord and wanted to keep within a budget create a reasonable sized garden/patio area for her tenants but still allowing access to maintain the bottom area. We started by installing a new fence we needed to retain the ground as the garden is on a massive slope and we needed a flat area to work to so we opted for a triple base panel fence with a 3ft waney lap panel acting as a retainer/fence all in one. We left a central 1m gap in the middle of the fence ready for when we return in a few weeks to build the new steps leading down to the bottom area of the garden and will be installing a new heavy duty gate afterwards💪🏼

Next we moved onto the Groundworks 22 tonne of Mot was added all brought in through the house as there was no rear access to the property 😅

Finally Indian stone project pack style quartz grey porcelain tiles were installed with a graffite grout the finish on these was 10/10 first time using this tile and defiantly won’t be the last what a turnaround 🔥👀

Timber Cladding 😍

Another 2 day turnaround over in the shaw area of Oldham completed this week 🫡

What a difference on this front garden another repeat customer we completed the clients back garden last year now we’ve turned the front around with handrails to be fitted at a later date and the driveway to be completed later in the year over half of our work is now sourced from repeat custom and recommendations testament to our growth over the years and the solid reputation we are building in the area 📈❤️

So simple but so effective we removed the old tired walls and installed timber sleepers as a border with integrated player box. We used matching sleepers to add some proper steps in for our client infilled with quartz grey 600x900 tiles. Finally 42mm Marbella artificial grass installed adding some colour in and finishing off a beautiful little turn around 💫

The linkfield project 😮‍💨

What a turn around ‼️

Another full garden transformation completed last week over in boothstown Worsley what a difference this look has made to our clients home 🏡🔥

We started off with dismantling the summer house and removing all the old decking to open up the space and give us a blank canvas to work with 🎨

Onto the Groundworks we opted for 600x900 Brazilian black porcelain tiles with a dark grey grout for the paving and went for a pine 40mm deluxe artificial grass for the large area which will soon be our clients children’s play area 👌🏻

Our clients were over the moon with there new garden and couldn’t compliment us enough on the work we completed all the hard graft and cold early mornings are worth it to see customers reactions when we’re done ❤️
