Once again, the importance of lighting!
This is a recent restaurant project we completed, where lighting played a crucial role in creating the perfect ambiance.
We incorporated:
✅ Decorative pendants – These lights were used to highlight and distinguish certain tables, specifically the round tables, which are more exclusive.
✅ Wall lights – Installed to highlight future artwork and provide a soft, ambient glow behind the seating area.
✅ LED strips – We used both 2700K and 3000K LED strips in this project. The 2700K strip was placed behind the seating to create a warm glow and make the seating stand out. The 3000K strip was installed around the ceiling to seamlessly blend with the ceiling lights.
✅ Downlights – Recessed, anti-glare downlights were strategically spaced above each table, providing direct illumination for a well-balanced dining experience.
✅ Directional lights – Designed to accentuate artwork in a bold and focused manner. We used two lights per piece to ensure the artwork truly stands out.
For lighting control, we used Rako smart lighting. The advantage of smart lighting in restaurants, homes, and offices is that it allows us to set scenes—at the touch of a button, the entire lighting setup adjusts to the client’s desired ambiance. This eliminates the need for staff to manually adjust dimmer switches across multiple circuits. The result? A seamless, calming atmosphere for guests.
