Our Flat Roofing Division recently completed a full refurbishment of 3 apartment roofs suffering from water ingress and extreme standing Water in Stockport.
328m2 of roof area was removed back down to screen before applying a new Warm Deck Tapered insualtion scheme to eliminate all standing water issues and offer a weathered membrane for the future.

2026 Picking up exactly where we left off. 🏗️

Progress shots from our latest new-build residential scheme in Sale, delivered in partnership with Probuk Construction alongside Trafford City Council.

Our team is responsible for the full roof package across 47 new homes, with works well underway and momentum building as the site continues to take shape.

A solid start to the year and another quality project added to the pipeline. Big thanks to everyone involved on site more updates to follow as we move through the next stages.

A look into our new active site in Sale, Where we have the roofing package for 47 New Homes.
Our teams are on site carrying out roof coverings to allow solar installs before Marley Duo Edgemeres & 94 Windows are fitted Handing over the blocks to a new Main Contractor Client of ours.
Keep an eye out for this project as we are already 16 Houses in and will be closing these out for 2025 ready for a big start to 2026.

We have successfully handed over the Woodthorpe Building to our Client Mclaren Properties as part of a larger contract with both St Gabriels & Woodthorpe Collectively completing the Roof Refurbishments in Manchester.

Restoring the Heritage Roof Coverings using Modern Materials and Traditional Techniques to Deliver and Hand Cut Scalloped Finish to All Elevations.
Our teams have successfully:

✔️ Removed all existing materials
✔️ Renewed All Coverings to High Specifications
✔️ Replaced All Heritage Lead Gutters & Verges
✔️ Revamped all Flat Roofs with a new Alwitra Single ply membrane and all falls with a tapered insulation Scheme.

As the site comes to completion and Handovers become imminent we would like to Thank all involved at ALB and our Suppliers for providing materials and executing deliveries on time.
