That's the first job of 2023 completed!
Tom on the Wirral had no central heating, the hot water was fed from immersion heater, no loft insulation and cold walls weren't insulated.
We've done a full retrofit at his home for FREE. we have installed a brand new A-rated combi boiler with radiators, we filled the loft with 300mm of earth wool insulation and insulated his cold walls replastered them and re decorated for him.
The property originally had an EPC rating of G its now a C.
