New downstairs toilet for customer fitted with gloss white units with basin and toilet, gloss black tiles, old pvc ceiling replaced with new white and chrome and 2 spot lights, 2 new shelf’s built into the wall with plinth lights finished of with a backlit led mirror,
Customer also wanted a new boiler and downstairs radiators so replaced the old Worcester boilerand pipe work with a new main eco compact with a hive thermostat

En-suite completed for customer in milnrow, old en-suite ripped out and disposed of with a new aqualisa smart shower installed that can be operated by your phone along with new shower enclosure and tiles, new dark oak units with toilet and basin, new skirting boards with architrave, ceiling re plaster boarded along with spot lights and a silent running fan to finish the room

Old bath and tiles removed with the walls prepared for the concrete black pvc wall along with a 1500x700 shower tray with thermostatic round duel head shower, prepped the floor using 9mm ply board.

Job finished in wardle old bathroom ripped out and disposed and new bathroom reconfigured to have a walk in shower with a round thermostatic duel head shower and a whirlpool bath to maximise space along with under plinth led lighting that changes various colours to the customer’s preference

Installed a baxi 630 in Stockport which needed the gas supply upgrading came with a magnetic central heating filter and hive smart thermostat to be fitted by the on-site electrician.
