Week 6 of Tom's project! We've completed the rip out, installed 2 new floors, adding a 3rd story. New roof with 2 front Velux and a large rear dormer. Studwork on all 3 floors complete. Sparks completed the first fix, foundations are set, and the extension starts tomorrow. Let's go! 🤙

From BATHroom to BEEroom 🐝

We removed the bathroom suite, removed a sauna, took out a wall and I only took finished photos 😅

We matched the tiles that were damaged/drilled, installed a domestic sink, built some custom-sized storage (1.2m deep!) and matched the oak flooring throughout the house 🏠

This room will now be used to harvest honey from their 60,000 bees 😍

Just finished installing solid Maple flooring in a gorgeous converted school in Chadderton 😍
