A small front & rear garden, we have this booked fortnightly buy they soon become monthly

The main issue with not having more regular cuts is the seeding, grass self seeds throughout may June & July & some later months of peak summer

Regular grass cutting encourages thicker denser turf, prevents w**ds by removing seedlings before they mature, and recycles vital nutrients back into the soil It also reduces stress on the grass by keeping it at an even height

The first cut of the year, unfortunately I will be charging one of prices for the foreseeable

It's really difficult & sole destroying turning up at the end of may to discover an untouched garden

Not only do I struggle & sweat in the mid day sun my machine chokes & it's not what I want for clientele

Prices will be doubled, I give the cheapest possible price in the hope it becomes regular but people are abusing that discount & it will be stopped from today

If it's over a regular length to be cut I will be asking for double, if it's ridiculously long I will not be strimming you're patio & driveway & tidying hedges those will be charged as extra or I will be asking people to find someone else to do it

It's amazing how quick the grass grows, in 4 weeks it's over 10 inches in places

Grass likes to be cut no more than 4 inches, it needs regular cuts, you miss out on so many self seeds the longer it gets

It's not affordable for people to have a gardner on a fortnightly but it unbelievably beneficial
