There are so many Building Companies advertising that they hold Accreditations like:
NHBC
FMB
NICEIC
GAS SAFE
CHAS
SAFE CONTRACTOR
Even trading using old company names and reputations that have gone into administration.
A fancy post on social media doesn’t tell the full story.
Do your background checks,
All the above accreditation bodies have websites where you can simply type a companies name in and find out if they are registered.
Director and Limited Company information can be found by typing the name in on the Governments official website.
It’s not easy or cheap to officially gain Accreditations but it shows your clients you are capable.
