Long overdue post!

Poxy 2 year old British Gas combi removed from this large property with 4 bathrooms and a new Vaillant system boiler installed.

The system was also split into 3 heating zones and a 300L unvented cylinder installed with a hot return pump.

All controlled by the Google Nest thermostats.

This boiler has been covered by a service contract with a well known company for the last 10 years and was "serviced" at the beginning of December.

I'd guess the case hasn't been removed for at least 6 years.

The customer reported issues with the boiler and they've said they can't get an engineer out for 3 weeks and have advised her to call a local engineer to fix the issues.
