We're looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Customer Service Assistant to join our growing Gas & Electrical Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive business where your hard work is recognised and valued.
Your role will include:
📞 Handling inbound calls for servicing, repairs, breakdowns and new enquiries
📅 Booking appointments and managing engineer diaries
⭐ Delivering outstanding customer service
💡 Promoting our popular Constant Care package
🤝 Working closely with our office, operations and engineering teams
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has previous customer service experience
✅ Has an excellent telephone manner
✅ Is organised with strong attention to detail
✅ Can multitask in a busy environment
✅ Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships
Desirable:
✔ Sales or upselling experience
✔ Experience in gas, electrical or property services
✔ CRM experience (Commusoft knowledge is a bonus)
