These photographs capture the completion of a bespoke project undertaken by our sister company, Golden Triangle Architects.

This design replaces a previously low-quality outrigger with a structure that complements the original dwelling's high standards. The redesign focuses on maximising the height of the internal space while seamlessly integrating it with the garden area at the back. The result is a new, high-quality open-plan living area, uniquely tailored to meet our client's lifestyle and aspirations.

We're thrilled to showcase this project by our sister company, Holtbeck Architects.

In this case, the project wasn't quite a simple home extension, as it required a bespoke approach to seamlessly integrate an existing extension with a new side addition on a tricky site.

This innovative solution enhanced the existing extension's aesthetic and functional aspects and offered cost savings for our client compared to replacing the existing extension in full.

The black standing seam cladding has been installed on our Finsbury Park project, designed by our parent company Holtbeck Architects. Plastering and glazing to follow shortly.

A progress photo from one of our parent company, Holtbeck Architects' projects. This one isn't quite a Simple Home Extension due to significant work on the existing property, but it shows what you can do with some consideration of the brick layout and project massing. In this instance, we maximised the height of the internal space whilst ensuring planning compliance with the form tapering down towards each boundary. Internally, we removed the first floor in the existing outrigger to give the kitchen a double-height space with a viewing gallery/window from the first-floor landing. More updates to come!
