A great way to say farewell to Paul Baron as he departs MBG Brickwork to take on a new role

It’s been an absolute pleasure to have Paul with us at MBG for nearly 7 years and we wish him the very best as he moves on, having worked with Paul personally since I was 16 I’d like to thank him for the guidance across my working life, along with helping MBG Brickwork to become what it has today.

I’m sure you’ll thrive in your new role and we wish you the best of luck in everything.

I’d like to also introduce our new Commercial Manager Liam Welsh (photo left of Paul) who will be stepping into this role following the handover between the 2.

MBG are happy to announce, we have agreed the contract with our repeat client J. Greenwood (Builders) Limited , for the masonry package to the new engineering workshop at Manchester College-Openshaw

MBG have secured the masonry package, to build 10 apartments and 33 new houses, in New Ferry, Wirral, for our repeat client M&Y Maintenance and Construction 🏘️

Starting on site next month, we're looking forward to it🏗

MBG Brickwork are happy to announce, we have been awarded our new project by PRO-FIT Contracts In Association with URBAN STAR NW LTD , for their Bolton scheme of 43 new homes 🧱

Beginning substructure works this week 🙌

MBG are happy to announce, we have agreed the contract with our valued client GK Construction & Project Management Ltd for the masonry package of 35 new apartments, in Denton, Greater Manchester.🏗️

This is the last working day of 2025 for MBG Brickwork, we’re very grateful for the year it’s been.
After the beginning few months having a slower start than expected,with secured projects stuck in planning etc, we couldn’t be happier to have had such a strong second half to the year, that has put us into an amazing position to begin 2026🧱

As always I’d like to give a massive thank you to our staff, apprentices, subcontractors, clients and suppliers for all the support throughout this year!

Have a well deserved break and a great Christmas and New year🎅
