Some recent work completed over at the creative hub which is Brunswick Mill Studios for Abstract Manchester Ltd.

Remedial work was carried out on the existing (massive! - 2280mm x 1111mm x 45mm) solid door which had taken a beating and taken it's lining with it.
A new custom lining was installed and door resized, missing beading replaced and all hardware reinstalled including 5 lever sash lock.
A stud frame, hardwood lining and door blank was installed under the stairs to create a functional and secure storage area.
Skirting and Architraves were installed throughout to freshly plastered walls and around stair treads.
I'll be back in the near future to install some worktops and other finishing touches 👌

Kitchen install finished yesterday for an amazing couple that have really spoilt us throughout the build!

This was a dry fit only, all materials were supplied by the customer and it came flatpacked.

We had a few snags which held us up for 6 days waiting for deliveries to arrive with vital components.

This install took us 6 days in total, from a freshly plastered and painted room full of flat packed units to a freshly installed and functional workspace.

We'll be returning to install the plinths once the floor has been levelled and lvt installed.

Small job done today at Crystal Carols.

Perspex divider was reinforced, channels created for the hangars and capping installed to provide more display options.

This return customer is over the moon with their new addition!

We worked with the customer from start to finish with their design and options on this one. To keep costs down they opted to paint and finish the unit themselves.

I'm hoping to get some finished pictures to share when we return for future projects.

I had fun with this one. We got to design, supply and install a custom summer house to be used as an aesthetics boutique for a return customer with an awkward shaped garden.
After framing, the unit was fully insulated, dry lined and got a mains hook up before getting skimmed.
We finished it off with a lick of paint, downlights, skirts and arcs all around and laminate flooring.

The room is hardly recognisable as the same space after this remodel in this beautiful 17th century cottage inspired by watching Escape to the Chateau.

After stripping the old bathroom back to brick and raising the ceiling to expose the original purlin and rafters, the customer fell in love with the exposed stonework and asked us to make a feature of it. We had to stencil between the original, 400 year old, twisted rafters and template each one. All of the original timber got treated to a wire brush treatment to clear all old debris and paint before applying a heavy heritage brown stain.

We had to build up the walls to meet the plasterwork by using stones found on the farms land. After raking out all the old loose mortar and souring a suitable stone slab to make a windowsill out of, we pointed the whole wall up with lime mortar and oiled it all to bring out the character of the stonework.

We framed out a cubby for the pipework and custom storage space, dry-lined the room and prepared it all for tiling before having the ceiling skimmed and eventually, tiled the whole room floor to ceiling with metro tiles and grouted with black grout!

The customer had an antique Victorian dresser with a granite top that we converted into a custom sink unit for her.

This was a labour of love, but the results speak for themselves.
