Update post on our most recent project we’ve been working on…

For this job we:

• We’ve created pathways/patio areas using thick York stone which will last longer than a lifetime ✅

• Fitted steel aco drainage around the perimeter of the property ✅

• Installed a steel frame on top of our concrete base for the new raised garden that’s in motion ✅

• Grinded out the existing Indian stone patio area at the back of the property and used a nice grey flowpoint to refill the joints ✅

• Wooden fencing completely ripped out and changed into a new steel estate fencing ✅

Been a joy to work on so far, bit of time off for Christmas with the family and straight back to it in the new year 🔨

Here we have a job recently completed for a property developer in bolton…

For this job we:

• Worked to existing aco drains that were installed before we were brought in ✅

• Flagged 60m2 using only the 600x600 sized sunset buff Indian stone ✅

• Matching coloured cobbles installed to split path and to go around the patios border ✅

• Finishing off the stone, we used a ‘smooth grey’ jointing compound to fill it out, prevent w**d growth and give it that extra bit of long lasting strength ✅

Smiles from everybody all round, ready for some turf to be laid this next week and then onto our next project 😁

Fencing job completed today in urmston in waney style fence panels…

For this job we:

• Rip out and get rid of all old retainers/fencing✅

• Install 6 new bays of 6ft waney fencing✅

This customer wanted an update to the whole of the back garden and the side of the house pathway changing , we reused the Indian stone flags from the back of the garden for the path and patio extension as the customer didn’t want them to go to waste 😁

For this job we:

• First phase - dig out & level✅

• Grinded out all old mortar in the patio and re-grouted with a jointing resin✅

•A few flags were cracked/damaged and needed replacing✅

• Extended the existing patio and laid a new pathway to the back shed and around using Indian sandstone✅

• Took up the old block pathway down the side of the house and relay a new one using Indian stone again to make it flow through and match lovely✅

• Installed sleepers and soil to make a nice planter next to the new path✅

•We then used a cleaning formula to strip off all old stains to remove the green/grey colour the flags had gotten over the 15+ years they had been there.. as you can see it’s brought them back to life nicely✅

•Last but not least we returfed an area , also taking it back further✅

Tidy little job the customer was happy which means so we’re we as we take pride in every job big or small👌🏼🤙🏼

Here’s a nice little Returf and gravel job completed in a matter of hours in Stockport recently💪

For this job we:

• Stripped all the old grass off ✅

• Cut a sheet of membrane for under the ‘black ice’ gravel & cornered off the area with materials the customer already had & wanted to reuse to make a little outside seating area ✅

•We then rotorvated all the soil and levelled it off so there were no unwanted humps & removed any debris✅

•Last but not least we added a layer of fresh topsoil and laid premium turf to finish off nicely✅

Garden ready for the heatwave ahead of us🌞...

Here’s a job we completed a while back in sale,
The customer wanted a simple but clean finished new look to the side of her house…

On this particular job we used:

•2 inch thick RPC paving for the clean & sturdy look✅

•Basalt jointing resin to fill inbetween flags✅

•Fitted an aco drain at the front and connected to existing drainage✅

•Last but not least we used plumb slate to give a nice finishing touch and add some colour✅

Customer was over the moon with our work, as were we with her brews☕️

Turf job completed last weekend in northern moor for a lovely couple that wanted to transform an empty area of their garden into something a bit more refreshing🟩

•we rotorvated all the soil and cleaned out any bits of debris/w**ds✅

•compacted the soil & added 2 1/2 ton of fresh topsoil✅

•finished off nicely we laid down 115mtrs of premium grade turf✅
