Many businesses don't realise part of their fit out investment may qualify for tax relief.

On the Kingspan project, the brief was clear: create a workspace that supported the people using it as much as the work happening inside it.

The challenge was producing an office that felt as considered as the products the business is known for, without losing any of the practical demands of a busy working environment.

The response put biophilic design at the centre of the scheme. Natural materials, planting, breakout spaces and a layout shaped around how teams actually work changed the feel of the building.

The result is a workplace that feels welcoming and calm rather than corporate. It supports collaboration where it's needed and gives people the space to focus where it isn't.
