Job opportunity for Admin / Office Assistant
Handyman Father & Sons – Family-Run Maintenance Business
Handyman Father & Sons are a well-established, family-run maintenance company carrying out both local and national works. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Admin / Office Assistant to join our friendly team.
Role Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
• Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Preparing invoices and basic paperwork
• General office administration and record keeping
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
The Ideal Candidate:
• Friendly and confident on the phone
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (email, invoicing, documents)
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Previous admin or office experience preferred but not essential
