After plenty of hard work and dedication from the team Phase 1 and phase 2 Southport site is all most completed.( 2900 meters of strip ,felt ,batten and Tiling )
We are Starting phase 3 next week on the 3 story building just in time for winter.😩☔️☔️

So happy for the team ,we’ve just secured a site in Glossop starting in January 2026 consisting of 90 houses .
The show houses are starting in 2 weeks time.

Had the pleasure of returning to one of our sites yesterday to finish the last bits of the aluminium down pipe and gutters.
This job started last January 2025 in knutsford and consisted of random slates to the main house being reroofed including new Velux solo windows.
The out houses being new buildings was installed with new clay tiles to give the old looking appearance.

Looks like it’s a busy summer.
Nice roofing project started today ,3300 meters roof tiling.
We are the main contractor on site so we are including scaffolding and health and safety.
Recommendations from previous sites are the best jobs 😊👌🏻
