As we mark Armed Forces Week, we would like to take a moment to recognise and thank the men and women of our Armed Forces community for their dedication, sacrifice and service to our country.

Another Outstanding Achievement for Team ROSE 🏆

Following thousands of inspections carried out across the UK, just 450 site managers were selected from more than 7,500 sites, placing Gavin among the top 6% of site managers nationwide.

This award is a testament to Gavin's dedication, leadership and unwavering commitment to delivering homes of exceptional quality. This latest success follows Gavin's previous NHBC achievements and reinforces the high standards that continue to define our flagship development at Lawford Green.

Progress is well underway at Barleyfields, Weeley.

🚣‍♂️🐉 OAR-SOME EFFORT FROM TEAM ROSE! 🐉🚣‍♀️

Well… what a day that was!Out of 28 teams competing at this year’s Ipswich Dragon Boat Race on Saturday, our very own Oarsome ROSE rowing team somehow managed to paddle, splash and power their way all the way to the FINAL! 🏆

Now, considering we turned up with no training, no agenda and absolutely no idea what to expect, it’s fair to say our team’s raw determination, teamwork (and perhaps a little luck 👀) truly shone through. Somehow, we smashed our way through the heats, won our semi-final and found ourselves lining up in the FINAL against some seriously impressive competition!

Despite the weather trying its best to test us, it was a fantastic day brilliantly organised by NewWave Events on behalf of Brave Futures, and proudly sponsored by Cory Brothers Limited. A huge congratulations to Harwich Haven Authority for taking 1st place and Ipswich Buses for coming 2nd - very well deserved! 👏

But in truth, the real victory of the day was having fun, coming together and raising money for an incredible cause. We were absolutely delighted that Team ROSE raised an amazing £2,410, and even more incredibly, it was announced on the day that the event raised just over £60,000 for Brave Futures.

A huge thank you to all our friends of the business who supported us, donated, cheered us on and helped make the day such a success.

Until next year… we may even consider training! 😉🌹🚣

ROSE lending a helping hand this summer! 🏖️🌞

You may have spotted us down at our much-loved little beach in Manningtree…

On behalf of Manningtree Town Council, we were delighted to help get the beach summer-ready by topping it up with a whopping 60 tonnes of sand (SRC Group) - just in time for sunshine, seaside fun and plenty of memories!

It may be small, but this little beach plays a big part in the community - hosting events throughout the summer and providing hours of fun for families enjoying the warmer weather.

Now all we need is the sunshine to stick around! 😎🌊

The Oar-some Roses are ready to race! 🌹🚣‍♀️

On the 6th of June, the Rose team will be taking part in the Brave Futures Dragon Boat Race at the Ipswich Waterfront, raising money for an incredible charity doing truly life-changing work.

Brave Futures provides specialist support to young survivors of sexual abuse across Suffolk and Norfolk. Sadly, demand for their services continues to grow, meaning every donation will help support children and young people in rebuilding their futures.
