Free really means free.

We know "free consultation" can sometimes come with strings attached. Not here. So let's be clear about what you actually get:

✔️ No deposit

✔️ No obligation to buy

✔️ No "today-only" pricing pressure

✔️ Either in our showroom or at your home — your choice

You'll spend around 90 minutes with Michael, talking through how you use your kitchen, what you've always wanted, and your budget. We listen more than we talk. And if something's going to be tricky or costly, we'll tell you straight.

You leave with a plan, not a contract. Simple as that.

Ready to start? Book your free design consultation today.

Happy Halloween. Here are the scariest things we've seen in kitchens, and none of them involve ghosts:

The budget that kept climbing once work had started
The two week job that dragged on for months
Cupboards hung crooked and worktops that were never level
Electrics that had to be ripped out and done again

Michael and Emma started Kudos after hearing one too many stories like these. So we do the opposite: a clear written price, the same small team from start to finish, and one person in charge of every trade.

Got a kitchen horror story of your own? Tell us in the comments. And if you'd rather not have one, we're here to help.

Summer clothes out, winter jumpers in. Is there actually room for them?

If your wardrobe swap ends with bags on top of the wardrobe and coats over the chair, it might be time for storage that fits your room properly.

Fitted bedroom furniture is built around your space, including the awkward bits:
Sliding doors for smaller rooms where a door can’t swing open
Full-height wardrobes that use every bit of the wall, not just the bottom half
Drawers, shelves and hanging space planned around what you actually own

There are eight styles to choose from, with up to 63 colours and 40 handle designs, so it can match the rest of your home. Every fitted bedroom comes with a 10 year guarantee on materials.

Book a free design visit and we’ll measure up and plan it with you.

Nobody wants to start a dark winter morning in a cold, tired bathroom.

It’s the first room you use every day and often the last one to get updated. A few things make a real difference:

A walk-in shower that’s easy to step into and easy to keep clean
Warm, natural tones in place of stark white, which feel more welcoming when it’s dark outside
Proper storage, so the worktops stay clear
Matt black or brushed fittings for a finish that still looks good years from now

Got family staying over Christmas? A fresh en suite or downstairs WC makes a bigger impression than you’d think.

The same small team that fits our kitchens fits our bathrooms, and we’ll give you a clear written price before anything starts.

The clocks go back tonight, which means getting dressed in the dark for the next few months.

It's a lot easier when everything has its own place. Fitted bedrooms built around more hanging space, and matching dressing tables and bedside drawers.

We fit bedrooms as well as kitchens and bathrooms. Same small team, a free design visit, and a 10-year guarantee on materials.

Darker evenings change how your kitchen feels.

As the clocks go back, you spend more time in your kitchen under artificial light. Colours that looked fresh in July can feel cold and flat by November.

The colours our customers are choosing right now:
Stone and cashmere, for a soft, warm feel that brightens a smaller kitchen
Sage, which looks calm in daylight and cosy at night
Deep green and navy, which feel rich and warm, especially with brushed brass handles

You don’t need a whole new kitchen to change the colour. If your cupboards are solid, new doors can do it in a day or two once they arrive.

We bring the samples to you, so you can see them in your own kitchen, under your own lights, before you decide.

Half term is when you find out what your kitchen really can't cope with. If this is the year you're thinking about replacing it, here's what it actually costs.
For a fully fitted kitchen, most people spend:

£8,000 to £12,000 for a smaller kitchen, same layout
£12,000 to £18,000 for better units and worktops
£18,000 to £25,000 for high-end finishes and quartz or stone worktops
£25,000 and up for bespoke kitchens or knocking walls through

The biggest difference between quotes is usually labour. Some leave out the electrician, plumber, plasterer or tiler, and those costs turn up later.
If a quote looks too good to be true, ask what's missing. Our price guide breaks it all down with no sales spin, or book a free design consultation and we'll price your kitchen properly.

The name says kitchens. The work doesn’t stop there.

The same care we put into a kitchen goes into every room we fit. Measured properly, planned around how you actually live, and finished to a standard we’re happy to put our name to.

🛁 Bathrooms that work hard first thing in the morning and still feel calm at night.

🛏️ Bedrooms with fitted storage built to your walls, your ceiling height, and your stuff.

🥾 Bootrooms that give muddy boots, coats, dog leads and school bags somewhere to live that isn’t the hallway floor.

One family-run team. One point of contact from the first visit to the final fix. No passing you between trades, no surprises halfway through.

Got a room that isn’t pulling its weight? Give us a call on 01623 206 977 or send us a message and we’ll come and have a look.

Meet Michael. If you book with Kudos, he's the one who turns up.

He'll measure your kitchen, help design it, fit it, and come back if anything needs a tweak later. Michael does a bit of everything, and he knows every job inside out because of it.

Emma is the other half of Kudos. She looks after the design side and keeps every job organised, so you always know what's happening and when.

He started Kudos after seeing too many kitchens go wrong: budgets that kept climbing, jobs that dragged on for months, and workmanship that had to be put right. So we do it differently. The same small team from start to finish, a clear price, and a guarantee that covers you: 10 years on materials, 2 years on workmanship, and your quote held for 30 days.

Over the next few weeks we'll introduce you to the rest of the team.

Not every tired kitchen needs replacing.

New doors make sense if the cupboards behind them are solid, square and dry, and the layout still works for you. You get a kitchen that looks new for far less than a full refit.

A new kitchen makes more sense if the units are water damaged or falling apart, or the layout annoys you every single day. New doors won't fix that.
We'd rather tell you which one you need than sell you the bigger job. Book a free home measure, and we'll give you a straight answer.
