Been a while since I have posted but due to MOJ works and no socials allowed. We have currently started with a mass work load with 2 new large projects. Warehouse in Newark for a new client complete base build including full warehouse, offices,transport office and external lighting scheme. Also A full student refurbishment of a student accommodation in Nottingham with also a new client with 301 beds, 48 kitchens and full cluster and main corridor lighting scheme with a new extension to follow. We have also secured further works at a MOJ project in March. We are in final talks for 2 large projects which start immediately so very very busy 🫣. 🫶🏻

KNS Electrical Services recently completed St Christopher's School Lincoln. A full electrical installation including fire, security, access control and cctv with Jake Williams . The job included a complex lighting scheme, submains and external lighting scheme. The project was handed over on time with an accelerated program and maintained an high standard of quality and safety in mind...the school is opened and is in full operation of all there new facilities. Great project to be a part of and we continue to build and work on other projects with our Client Wates/SES

A recent handover working with an existing client Troy and a few sub contractors Firecorp Secure Solutions fire, cctv and security thanks to Stu for the data and Dave Richards for the plumbing, Craig Lowde FWP UK Ltd for the ventilation and AC

hopefully get to see it lit up more at night.

A small power & lighting project for a regular client in Canterbury. I think the actual travel time took longer than the install on this one.

We have recently installed a solar system on my own property to see the benefits of greener energy...I chose to go for an hybrid inverter with 16 panels and 1 battery as I have opted out to give back to the grid for 5p per KWH especially when having an electric vehicle and pay around 32p per KWH. Currently on a daily even with 1 battery cloudy days I've fully charged 1 battery, powered most of the house during the day and exported anything from 5-10 KWH back to the grid. With the app and monitoring I have decided even in these poor days I'm generating that much electric that I need to install another battery 🔋... although going greener and trying to save money and the environment the government or energy companies always seem to have a way of making there money or reducing the way people can save....

Yesss Electrical Solar Installation installed recently. Extremely easy product to install and great benefits from installing battery's.... the electricity company's give you nothing now for giving back to the grid...

Some recent photos of a project coming close to completion. The clients choice of lights and design have been very challenging but will definitely be a good looking office environment at the end.
