This week's work completed full heating upgrade, removed old free standing boiler, cylinder and tanks and fitted new 40kw ldeal vogue max combi into the garage all pipework adapterd, also had to flush this system 4 times due to really bad sludge in the system, new wireless hive heating control pack fitted, all on and working 👨‍🔧

Well safe to say the call out i had today was little emotional, was called out to a boiler breakdown, no hot water, I arrived at the property the elderly lady opened the door , she looked so upset , I said are you ok , her partner has m.s., and was bed bound and she was having to feed him and look after him , broke me as my mum has that condition, seeing that was really upsetting, but I got on with sorting the hot water issue, was only a diverter motor that had gone , which I keep on the van , bless her she asked for an invoice, I said there will not be an invoice this is on me I could NOT bring myself to charge her for the job , dont get me wrong I love my job and yes have to earn a living but sometimes a act of kindness is worth so much more in this case, I said you take care and cherish the moments that you have left , so yes emotional 😢 call out .
