We were down riverside practice this morning helping them with some toilet trouble, 1 syphon and 2 flush handles later, both are back up and running!

And that’s a wrap, our customer wanted a solution that would allow them to have a freestanding bath, and with no luck finding any floor tiles to match the existing , we took it a step further and made it a feature. We raised the base and retiled the bath area, and what an improvement.
This also meant we saved our customer the agro (and expense) of having to retile the floor!

Now over to the electrician to tie up his last bits

Well that was a late one!😮‍💨 but we pushed on and finished off the tiling, ready for grout in the morning

So it’s been a busy last few days
We had the electrician In mid week to run a few cables for the new spotlights and extractor fan, which pushed me outside to redo the soil pipe just in time to miss the lovely British weather!🌧️
Then the final push to the weekend we self levelled the floor, skimmed the ceiling and finished off with a bit of tiling👌🏻

Unfortunately for this customer they’ve hosted a dinner service for a family of wood worms,
Luckily enough we uncovered this mess and sorted it before any major damage was caused
Even though it looks like they’re long gone we still treated the area to ensure this wont be an issue in future aswell as installing new joists, bolted togeather for reinforcement.
Just goes to show you never know what your’ll find untill you start ripping out.
