Latest oak porch installed locally.

Lovely little local job.
Oak was delivered rough sawn so it was all machined planed and squared Inhouse before cutting, shaping and assembling.

All made with mortice and tenon joints and a couple of tusk tenons just to keep it old school and lock everything together.

Finished with reclaimed slate because what looks better with oak than slate? 🤷‍♂️

A final sand and finish with some Danish oil to give it the best finish.

Sunlounge roof conversions.

Another sunlounge roof removed and swapped with a solid roof to decrease summer temps and increase winter temp. Making the room much more useful.

With a roof light to keep it bright.
We used a lightweight metro tile to keep the appearance of real tiles while being an ultra light option.

200mm insulation then plastered ready to be painted.

Doors fitted on this old flint barn conversion.

With no back door our customer asked to remove the existing window and replace with a set of double doors.

We machined and hand made a set of hardwood doors with fielding panels and glazing.
Fitted with multipoint locking system and top and bottom concelead bolts to secure the secondary door. It is now the most secure door in the house.

Window removed and Bobby Perry-ellis was on hand to extend brickwork and reinstate the flintwork.

A lovely set of doors that look like they where always intended for the property.

With old school tusk tenons to lock everything in nice and solid once erected.

Doors are drying, so dry fitting some oak.
