Rear extension roof originally done in incorrect tiles for the pitch of the roof. Leading to batten rot and leaks everywhere. A low pitch Mayan slate system was fitted, these go down to 7.5 degree!! So no problems in the future for this customer.

Apologies for the radio silence on our page we have just been so busy these last few months but will try and get as many jobs up as possible from here on.

Job completed Marchwood this week using Brazilian 1st grade slates, attached using slate hooks 😍👌🏽

Customer had been having trouble for years with different leaks appearing and due to the roof unfortunately being spray foamed (big no no!!!) the leaks could never be located or repaired due to said spray foamed! So opted to get it all removed and a beautiful new roof using all top quality materials as always!

Full chimney refurbished in Lymington this week. This is the 3rd one on the same road now, very poorly built when these houses were built and lead trays were all done incorrectly.

Code 5 lead trays, code 4 lead flashings around. All welded on site to suit chimney

All flu liners, glues and back fill done also.

A recent job we have completed for a customer in cadnam doing a self build. Very happy especially with our attention to detail 😁 (please ignore the missing ridge, typically one short which will be put on next week) back to do the flat roof to rear in the coming weeks, so watch out for that.

X3 large electric velux windows fitted along side these lovely low pitch roof tiles 😍 with matching ridge fixed down using a dry ridge membrane

EPDM rubber gulleys and finished off with some tidy lead work 👌🏽
