Some beautiful radiators fitted on a project we carried out.Ofcourse the main purpose is to heat the room but if they can look that good doing it then even better.

Conventional to Combi system change in Ramsgate.The existing system was working very inefficiently with no real control over it.Cylinder removed to free up cupboard space and Alpha combination boiler installed with 7 year warranty,all pipework tidied up and magnetic filter added.

Gravity fed system decommissioned and new unvented cylinder and system boiler moved and installed in the garage,with flow and return supplies left for future underfloor heating in extension.

Only taken me a year but I’m finally getting round to uploading some of my work over the last year,this was a project completed last year before Christmas,new bathroom suite,new en-suite, complete re plumb with underfloor heating throughout downstairs and boiler,unvented cylinder and underfloor manifold all located in the garage.

Trying to get back on top of my social networking.So this en suite was a challenge to try and create as much space as possible.So out came a raised 700 quadrant shower tray and enclosure, removed the basin,toilet and towel rail and removed old tiles and plaster board.To create more room we fitted a wet room tray with a bi-folding glass screen.New close coupled toilet,basin and pedestal,thermostatic shower valve and new towel rail.The out come was fantastic and everything compliments eachother brilliantly.

System change from Conventional system to Combination boiler, magnetic filter fitted to the heating to prolong the life of the boiler.I installed a small radiator in the boiler cupboard on request to allow the customer somewhere to dry towels.Ideal boiler installed with 7 year warranty and Hive wireless programmable thermostat.We also re piped upstairs radiators as all pipework was originally on show so re piped under floor.

Bathroom refurb completed in Broadstairs for a regular customer of mine.A lot of previous pipework was on show,with a lot of unnecessary boxing’s and now The space has been utilised efficiently.

Will upload some pictures of jobs completed before Christmas.This was a fun full bathroom refurb in Canterbury.The existing bathroom was very worn and the little space they had wasn’t being used as well as it could be.We took out the bath and replaced with a walk in shower on the other wall with concealed shower valve,the toilet we moved over slightly and managed to get all pipework hidden.The basin we moved over to the other side of the room along with the new towel rail.The whole bathroom is now being used to its full potential.
