The Cat Palace 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 🐾

It’s always rewarding to see a project evolve from an initial design visual into a finished space that can be enjoyed for years to come.

This project was particularly unique, as our client wanted a bespoke garden room with a custom-built catio for her five very pampered cats. The result is a beautiful outdoor space that not only complements the property but also provides a safe, secure, and enriching environment for her feline family to enjoy.

The first image shows the original design concept, while the second shows the completed project brought to life by our team. We’re incredibly proud of how closely the finished build reflects the vision and of the attention to detail that went into every stage of the project.

It’s a great example of how a garden room can be tailored for virtually any purpose. Whether it’s a home office, gym, entertainment space, hobby room, or even a luxury catio, the possibilities are endless when a project is designed around the customer’s lifestyle.

Progress continues on one of our latest bespoke builds 🏠 🐈‍⬛ 🐾

A beautifully crafted garden room, complemented by a luxury custom catio, designed to provide both elegance and practicality. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a space that enhances the garden while offering a secure outdoor sanctuary for beloved pets.

Who would have thought an old, unused pond could become such a beautiful feature? Next week, we’ll be back to build a bespoke rustic pergola over the top to complete the space.

We can’t wait to see how Rosie at thegrade2barn styles and decorates this stunning new area.

We had simple instructions:

1. Cover the old pond to stop the dogs falling in it
2. Keep it rustic and reuse as many old sleepers as you can
3. If we can put chairs on it that would be a bonus….

This is all part of phase 2 working at the beautiful thegrade2barn.

Next step is to put a pergola on the decked area, then Rosie will do her thing and add furniture and decor. We can’t wait to see the finished result.

A bespoke lean-to built along the side of our customer’s property, creating a secure, fully weatherproof space for valuable additional storage.

With the structure being completely watertight, we were also able to safely install and protect electrical fittings inside, making the space even more practical and versatile for everyday use.

Lucky enough to be working at a beautiful grade II listed barn conversation this week. Updating the patio areas, next project is to build a rustic deck then onto the driveway.
