Today, at Drayton Air Conditioning we installed a 2.5 kW Mitsubishi Electric AY system for a local company in Telford to serve a server room that was struggling with excess heat from a skylight and the constant operation of IT equipment.

At Drayton Air Conditioning, we have recently completed this three-way multi-split system installation, providing both heating and cooling throughout the entire property to create comfortable living temperatures all year round for the whole family.

For this project, we chose Mitsubishi Heavy Industries premium wall-mounted units, rated A+++ for energy efficiency.

These systems deliver outstanding performance while helping to reduce energy consumption and running costs in both bedrooms and the large open-plan living and dining area.
All external pipework has been neatly enclosed in black trunking and routed to the side of the property, where the multi-split outdoor unit has been installed above head height and discreetly positioned out of sight.

To maintain the property's appearance and avoid having multiple outdoor units around the house, we routed the pipework through the loft space and out through the gable end to connect back to the multi-split system.

A big thank you to Switch On Electrical for providing the power supply and working alongside us to help meet the project deadline.

Another local family home made comfortable and ready just in time for the next heatwave.

Today we installed a 4kW Fujitsu multi-split air conditioning system serving both bedrooms in this home in Tern Hill.

The new system will provide the family with year-round comfort, delivering efficient cooling during the summer months and reliable heating throughout the winter for a comfortable night's sleep in every season.

A multi-split system was the ideal solution for this property, allowing us to maximise wall space indoors while avoiding the need for multiple outdoor units on the side of the house. Today at Drayton Air Conditioning we installed this 2.5kW Mitsubishi Electric Elegance wall mounted unit in a detached bungalow living room. Due to the bifold doors, this room struggled to maintain comfortable and consistent temperatures throughout the year.

We opted for this Mitsubishi Electric unit for its sleek design, Wi-Fi compatibility, and quiet operation, making it the perfect solution for the space.

The outdoor unit was mounted as high as possible to keep it neatly out of the way and avoid taking up any unnecessary space.

The condensate drains from both the indoor and outdoor units were connected into the existing outdoor drainage for a clean finish.

For the past two days, we’ve been busy installing this 4kW Fujitsu multi-split system in a lovely detached home in Telford.

Dan chose to have the multi-split condenser positioned on the driveway side of the property, keeping it neatly out of the way in an otherwise unused area.

To achieve this, we routed the pipework through the loft space while also eliminating the need for condensate pumps by installing gravity drains clipped in 22mm black poly pipe.

Both systems now heat and cool the home perfectly, giving Dan undisturbed sleep in the bedroom and comfortable working temperatures in the office.

The units are also Wi-Fi compatible, allowing full control directly from a smartphone.

Really pleased with how this installation turned out. We’re especially glad we survived the 42°C loft space yesterday!

Today at Drayton Air Conditioning, we installed a 3.5kW Fujitsu wall-mounted system for a busy salon in Ellesmere Port.

This new installation will provide efficient heating and cooling for both clients and staff, creating a far more comfortable environment in a high-traffic workspace.

To keep the installation neat and practical, we enclosed the pipework in black trunking and mounted the outdoor unit on a wall bracket above head height.
This keeps the driveway fully accessible while ensuring the unit is safely positioned out of the way.

The system also comes with Wi-Fi compatibility, allowing temperatures and schedules to be controlled directly from a smartphone. This is ideal for busy workplaces, as the salon can switch the system on before opening so the space is already comfortable when staff and clients arrive, eliminating the wait for the room to cool down or warm up.

Another installation completed during the busy summer rush on Bank Holiday Monday to accommodate our client’s work schedule.
