Kitchen make over just finished, raised all the sockets so they are usable with the new upstands, remove tv and CCTV cabling. Installed new cables to the island for sockets and oven (which was a pig, I can tell you). New wall lights and over aga lights, relocated ceiling lights etc. It's a bit of a transformation, don't you think?

A recent ensuite under taken, taking out an old store cupboard, to make the ensuite bigger, building the stud wall to fill in the old cupboard door way and a new stud wall in the ensuite with an alcove shelf in for the shower products. Re plaster landing wall and ensuite, tile shower cubicle and half tile the other walls. Installation of new aqualisa shower with two controllers, new shower cubicle, new towel rail with heating element. Swap the WC and sink unit over to allow for a mirror above the sink. Removal of centre light and install 2 new downlights, a new more powerful inline fan, re location of shaver point to unit under sink. Installation of low level lighting each side of the pan on a sensor for those night time visits. And a new window. Electrics, stud work and organisation by SG Electrical, plumbing by Nick Starr, plumbing and heating, new window by A-team glazing, plastering by Luke Fox, Tiling by Wayne

Removal of an old 5A socket in the hallway, chase and plaster walls to install two new wall lights eitherside of the mirror and add another fitting for under the stairs (which was a very dark area), it has totally changed the look of this hallway

A few to many close calls lately with loose connection, I couldn't help with this one as the incomer is Western Powers/National Grids property. But pointed the customer in the right direction. Just a reminder though to get your electrics checked
