They wanted a dry river bed incorporated, so I made it into the path 😊. Fence not painted yet due to too much rain! Can't wait to see the plants with more growth next year!

What an unexpectedly wonderful experience visiting the Jardin Exotique in Roscoff, France, this morning! The website did NOT portray the magnificence of this site. Beautifully laid out with plenty of (clean) benches to rest on. Probably one of the best botanical gardens I have visited. So glad we got in early before the rush of other visitors - very peaceful.

Incredible visit today, despite the driving rain, to Trebah Gardens. Of note, the giant bamboo, gunnera, and exquisite range of hydrangeas. Absolutely beautiful selection of healthy perennials in the plant shop too! Pity, or lucky, we're not going home from Cornwall!
