This customer reported that their boiler was regularly letting them down. It was found to be overheating and locking out. The fault was traced to a failing pump causing the overheating issues. New pump installed and strip down and thorough clean of the boiler had it working perfectly again.

This customer previously had a separate bath and small shower cubicle. By fitting a thermostatic bath filler / shower along with a P shaped bath they have now got a more spacious and light area to shower and the old cubicle has been turned into a storage area, making the bathroom work much more effectively for them.
