Unfortunately we have been having technical difficulties with our Facebook account due to Facebook suspending it for the last 40 days with no reason given our profile is now back live which we are thankful for but would have really apreciated an explanation for the disruption caused. We have now learned and advise everyone to back up all files and media you don't wish to loose that is on any facbook account as Facebook is no longer a trusted platform they literally have no customer service whatsoever if they decide to close your account everything is lost forever.
