gn we undertake the design of homes, extensions and conversions, from concept and scheme development through to planning application and building regulations. We can handle all planning applications and will deal directly with the local authority on your behalf. We produce 2D plans and elevations along with 3D models and photo realistic renders to help the client realise their ideas. E2 Design do not have the high overheads associated with most Architectural and Design firms; this helps me to offer very competitive quotations in a field that has traditionally been expensive. The designs E2 Design create are all individually tailored to meet the clients own needs and budget.
