🔵Baxi 830 combi replaced the 20 year old vailant

🔵All tanks and pipework in the loft removed🥵 along with the hot water cylinder and shower pump. Customer has gained a full cupboard in the hall with no pipework on show.

🔵couple of new radiators with thermostatic valves and now controlled by the hive smart thermostat.

Its a flush day. System water is poor and the boiler is starting to show its age so well get it running smoothly, agitate all the radiators get the system clean and hopefully get an extra few years out the old girl🫶

Couple was loosing 1 bar of pressure in 30 seconds, had no heating or hot water and another plumber walked in then back out.

Found 4 corroded bits of copper replaced/repaired. Floorboards and carpets back down.
