🏗 Another Project Completion 🏗

Our second project for Loon Fung Ltd completed at their Alperton site. This project has created an additional warehouse floor space for the ever-growing retailer.

Working with Hoggarth Cooke Knight and BRD Tech we have delivered this space to future proof their business with a structure to last.

The Project involved 72 nr piled foundations which we utilised a mini piling rig to get over the logistical challenges of a small site. The structure constructed with a steelwork frame and a metal cladding façade and roof to be robust and provide longevity for the client.

Following this successful handover, we look forward to delivering more quality work for our clients over the summer and providing a service we are proud of!

PROJECT UPDATE: Bouchiers Hall, Messing – Extension to grade II listed building.

Its starting to take shape ……… Zinc roof & cladding (Pigmento red plus VM Zinc) has commenced with cedar shingle cladding, external aluminium windows & doors and sliding cedar louvres to follow - We are pleased to be nearing being water tight on this interesting build.

Next focus will be on the high end internal fit out of a new boot room, family room, 2no. bedrooms with shower room and external works consisting of a millboard jetty over sailing the lake.

Works are progressing well and coming to the final stages at one of our current new build warehouse’s in Tottenham London.

We are pleased to announce we have recently secured another project with Loon Fung carrying out a 300m2 extension to their Alperton store/warehouse.

- Our Lady St Georges Catholic Primary School, Walthamstow:
Asbestos removals & flooring replacements to classrooms.

- Engayne Primary School, Upminster, Essex:
Installation of finger guards to internal doors throughout.

4X NEW SCHOOL PROJECT(S): We are pleased to announce we have recently secured 4x school projects to be carried out over the summer holidays as follows:

- Blackheath Prep Independent School & Nursery:
Reconfiguration & refurbishment works to existing classrooms, WC's and reception playground.

- Holt Farm Junior School, Rochford:
Reception Extension and associated internal remodelling. New car park, resurfacing of the existing car park and installation of new site security fencing.

- Mattishall Primary School:
WC Refurbishments, Re-rendering external elevations & playground resurfacing.

- Heycroft Primary School, Leigh-On-Sea:
Ramp & Retaining wall

We recently completed this school extension at The Eastwood Academy in Leigh On Sea - Completion photos attached.

This new single storey flat roofed extension comprises of a number of meeting rooms, WC facilities and a kitchenette.

Just before Easter bank holiday weekend we recently completed two extensions and internal fit-out split over three phases at Christ Church Colchester - Completion photos attached.

The construction & delivery of this new community facilities hub comprised of constructing extensions to form new Kitchen Resources Room, Accessible WC and Resources Room Kitchen, including refurbishment of existing toilet facilities.
