🎉 New Project Win 🎉

We're delighted to have been appointed by Dayla Drinks in Aylesbury, to deliver an exciting office transformation as they move into a gorgeous new space.

Dayla is a well-established drinks distributor with a long and prestigious history in the town.

Having outgrown their existing warehouse premises, they're moving into a much larger, modern facility, which until recently was used by Apple TV for the production of drama series and films.

We're looking forward to transforming the existing office space, creating a new reception, staff and driver facilities, new furniture and a large breakout and canteen area, with a dedicated meeting room showcasing the company's impressive collection of memorabilia.

Can't wait to show you the finished result.

A new chapter for The Old Dairy Estate in Crouch End.

We were appointed by Friern Manor Dairy Farms to carry out a major Cat A refurbishment across four commercial units, transforming ageing accommodation into modern, compliant and energy-efficient space while retaining the character of this historic estate.

The scope was extensive and included:

✅ structural and fabric improvements
✅ new windows and roofing
✅ upgraded M&E
✅ improved insulation
✅ new kitchens and WCs
✅ upgrades to the residential accommodation above

The finished scheme provides high-quality space ready for new occupiers, with improved EPC performance and stronger tenant appeal and feedback from our client was brilliant:
