Job Opportunity: Heat Pump Engineer (Experience Required)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the installation of air source, with a strong understanding of renewable heating systems. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of installation, including commissioning and troubleshooting systems in domestic and/or commercial settings. Courses will be available.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and test air source and/or ground source heat pump systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation manuals.
Ensure all installations comply with MCS standards and building regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with heating systems and controls.
Collaborate with customers, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality installations.
Maintain accurate documentation, including job reports and installation records.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all jobs.

Clima-Tech HVAC Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. We specialise in heating, plumbing and renewable energy systems across domestic and commercial properties, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a forward-thinking company.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience in plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring all work complies with current industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Install complete plumbing and heating systems.
Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations.
Install bathrooms, pipework, hot and cold water services, cylinders and heating systems.
Diagnose plumbing faults and carry out repairs and maintenance.
Read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical plans.
Ensure all work complies with current Water Regulations, Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
Complete job documentation, including materials used and work completed.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers, contractors and colleagues.
Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects to a high standard.

Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' plumbing experience in installation, maintenance and fault finding.
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong knowledge of UK Water Regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification.
Experience working on domestic and commercial projects.
Experience with renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar thermal systems.
Any additional heating or renewable qualifications would be advantageous.
