A feature article on Tom's work in the latest edition of The List, by The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.

Tom completed the SPAB Fellowship in 1999, and every year he hosts the current year's fellows for a day, to pass on some of his skills and knowledge to those who work in building conservation.

This thatched table with integral lighting is on the way to its new home today.

The shade is lovely on a summer's day, and the soft light is perfect for enjoying summer evenings.

Made almost entirely from reclaimed materials, the only new parts are the 12v battery and LED light bulb.
