Westlakes demolition has been awarded the demolition contract to remove the concrete raac at the Sands Centre in Carlisle this the 4th multi million pound contract we have been part of in the past 12months,

Now we have established as the biggest demolition company and also one of the very few fully insured and qualified demolition contractors in Cumbria we are starting to concentrate on expanding our other company Westlakes property development Ltd our new services for that company are being extended to include:

-Groundworks
-commercial and residential landscaping
-patios
-driveways
-plant and tool hire
-foundations
-site surveys
-structural engineering

We have already won some large scale contracts for Groundworks in the area for one of the UK,s largest carpark companies we will be announcing these jobs very soon

Westlakes demolition has been awarded a major contract to demolish Kettering police station, magistrates courts, social club and 3 former houses, we have also been awarded the groundworks package to make the site into a carpark once the works have been completed, works have already started on the site and are due to take 3 months to complete
