PROJECT COMPLETION
We are proud to announce the successful completion of Sybron’s new 110,000 sq ft headquarters and distribution facility at Icon Unit C, Harlow, Essex.
Working alongside Tarpey Woodfine Architects and the wider project team, BD Construction was appointed to deliver a high-quality CAT B office fit-out, creating a contemporary workplace that reflects Sybron’s continued growth and ambitious vision for the future.
The project included the complete transformation of the office accommodation, reception, executive offices, boardroom, breakout and collaboration spaces, staff canteen, welfare facilities and communal areas. Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the new environment provides a modern, sophisticated workspace that supports productivity, collaboration and employee wellbeing.
As one of the UK’s fastest-growing manufacturers and suppliers of cleaning, hygiene and catering products, Sybron’s relocation to this impressive 110,000 sq ft facility marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion. We are delighted to have played a key role in delivering a workplace that is fit for the next stage of their journey.
