Not posted in a very long time but been super busy!
Here’s one installed for Renault Trucks Coventry on behalf of a new client
Customer opted for an SD card DVR in order to reduce costs
They also requested I wired in a front light bar and microwave at the same time as the camera system 👍

Truck work light replacement 💡
Old halogen lamps had stopped working due to water ingress
Replaced wiring and changed the lamps to some new LED work lights 👍

Managed to get a few hours onto the next camper van today.
Lewis started cleaning the rear and tidying it up so we can get the floor started.
I took a look at the radio that wasn’t working and found a nest of wires… 🙄
The loom has been chopped and speaker wiring ran all over. The reverse camera had been wired into a switch rather than a trigger feed and the monitor was poor so that will be changed soon. More to come!

It’s been a while since I’ve done a post but I’ve still been very busy!
Lots of work installing trackers where I’m not allowed to take photos due to site rules.
The new year is looking good with a few potential truck contracts coming into view 👍
Here’s a truck I installed a DVS installation onto at the end of last year before the frost set in.
In other news the latest camper van has sold and our next one is ready to be started so will have some updates on that soon 😎

Had a new customer message me about a recent inverter they had installed to their brand new truck that wasn’t working properly. After an inspection I immediately noticed the wiring wasn’t suitable for the powerful inverter they had chosen.
Sadly the previous installer would not fix the issue so I went out and redid the entire job, wiring it directly to the battery as it should have been in the first place.
This could have seriously injured the customer and even set the truck on fire due to poor installation, incorrect wiring, bad pick up points and no fusing.
Last 3 photos are how the vehicle was left and the customer is more than pleased with how this turned out 👍
