We were recently called out to inspect a leaking flat roof that had been suffering due to a poor previous installation.

Once we stripped the roof back to the joists, it became clear there was no insulation at all....... 🥶

Our team designed and delivered a comprehensive warm roof solution, including:

✅ New decking, trims, fascias
✅ Firing strips for proper falls and drainage
✅ Vapour control layer (VCL)
✅ New 150mm PIR insulation
✅ New Metrodeck GRP roof system

🚀 Another landmark solar roofing project delivered — on time, on budget, and ahead of deadline.

We’re proud to have worked alongside Step Energy, Stepnells, Solfit, SIG Building Solutions, and Warwick District Council to deliver the St Nicholas Leisure Centre solar roofing upgrade in Warwick.

The challenge?
A hard grant deadline meant the system needed to be live by 29th September — leaving just two weeks from start to finish.

Our team began work on 15th September, installing 252 × 425W Solfit integrated solar panels on a new SIG Gemello Revive metal roof overlay system complete with VCL, spacer bars, and upgraded insulation.

✅ Fully installed and generating power by 22nd September
✅ Zero accidents
✅ No budget changes
✅ Delivered to full compliance and safety standards

This project was a genuine joint effort — a perfect example of what’s possible when roofing, solar, and main contracting teams work as one.
