Another enjoyable little project, this time we managed to get in just before the cold snap and dark afternoons hit us! Like someone simply turned out the lights, this was a full replacement due to water damage which included timber framing, boarding, Fascia, Soffit and Gutter. All roofing materials were supplied by who were good enough to drop it all to site on short notice, which was greatly appreciated! All watertight for winter.

A recent Kitchen/Diner knock through and steel installation to a plaster finish ready for a kitchen install in Meopham. All completed over a two day period which was a great shift put in by the team and greatly appreciated as the kitchen arrived early and needed a new home!

The job that started it all! A full roof replacement including Fascia, Soffit and Gutter. The property was unrecognisable come the end of the entire project and we're looking forward to returning to the property next year.......this time for a BBQ!

Here we have the landscape element of the previously posted job. That being said you also get to see the newly finished roof in this post! The garden under went a truly spectacular transformation. The hard work was worth it! The tea, truly didn't want to leave as we were so well looked after!

One of the most rewarding projects we have ever taken part in and the results speak for themselves. From an area that could easily have passed off as a scene from Jurassic Park. To a useable area for family and friends to enjoy year after year.
A wonderful project, with wonderful clients. This project rolled on from a new roof and landscaping work, both jobs I shall be posting shortly!

Afternoon Everyone,

After an unforeseen and extended time away from work, I am glad to say we are back up and running and back on the socials ❤️ We are currently sinking our teeth into this 1930's house in need of being drastically updated as the client is unable to heat the house past 16 degrees!

We are carrying out a full reroof complete with PIR insulation between the rafters. Handmade clay plain tiles coming off and being replaced by a lovely Clay, Sandtoft Modula tile. I'll be sure to post again on completion!

Sadly due to unforseen circumstances we won't be taking on any more projects in 2022. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients who have supported us this year. It has been greatly appreciated.

Good evening,

I hope you have all managed to keep safe during the storm today! As you can imagine we haven't been up on the roofs as it is unsafe to work at heights with winds as high as they have been. That being said the wind is meant to ease off throughout the night and we should have suitable working conditions over the duration of the weekend. If you are in need of a repair or would like to discuss larger projects we are here to help. Myself and my team shall be out both days this weekend to help as many people as we can knowing that the conditions allow us to carry out the work to our usual high standards. You can get in contact via any of the channels at the bottom of this post.

I know it's a scary time for homeowners and you will want your house repaired as soon as possible and panic to find a tradesmen but please be cautious when calling people round to carry out works, do your research, make sure you are happy with the contractor of choice before saying yes. This storm will have sadly made a lot of people "Roofers" who will often do more damage than the storm itself. You may be better waiting to have a repair than getting it done twice.

Just a quick appreciation post for this incredible piece of machinery, any tradesmen who says they don't grin like a child in a sweet shop when using one is a liar! They're brilliant, it made working around this grade two listed building a dream and allowed us to work on areas inaccessible via ladder and without the need for an extensive scaffold meaning we could be in and out without a fuss.

We were tasked with clearing the gutters around the whole building, carrying out a roof survey and applying a waterproofing treatment to a whole section of wall to help with damp due to porous bricks amongst other various damp issues.

An all round successful weekend and an utter joy working with DSLT Electrical on their new home 👌🏽the view from the top wasn't half bad either!

Good Afternoon

Here we have the first picture of me at work in 2022 after over indulging throughout the Christmas break. That being said with the cold blast we’re having at the moment I’m a little thankful for the extra insulation albeit slowing my movements ever so slightly.
