Our new build, Highbury, is now officially on the market.

Really enjoyed building this one from start to finish. We took a punt and bought the land without planning permission — it took a while to obtain, but once we got the go-ahead we cracked on (in the mud!) and cleared over 60 lorry loads.

That was followed by 16,000 bricks laid, countless concrete blocks carried uphill, and a lot of long days… but it was all worth it.💪

Been a while since the last update on our new build. Getting to the business end now all 1st fixed and plastered kitchens and bathrooms next!!

Less than 16 weeks in, the brickwork is now nearly complete and the roof is now going on. Once water tight we will be moving onto 1st fix electrics and plumbing. 🙌

💥First patio of the year completed. Between us and the client we re designed the garden layout forming Brickwork steps and retaining walls. We laid 50m2 of porcelain tiles (Florence white) Soak away and drainage installed. Top soil and turfed ✅

Managed to dodge in and out of the weather this past week and replace a damaged Wall in New Ash Green 🌧️🌧️✅
