Approximately 91 square metres of Eligna laminate flooring went down on this beautiful house based in Leeds Village, the sub floor needed attention as there was lots of squeaking and cracking so we glued and screwed 5.5mm plywood down to solve the issue followed by premium underlay then flooring 😍

Not the nicest of jobs but someone’s got to do it ! This loft space was left in a bit of a mess and was In need of some organising. I fitted a suspended floor to allow for 300mm of insulation to go in the customer should notice a difference come winter time !
