👏🏻 A huge well done to the Greenlight Rail & Construction team on our biggest project to date!

Working on this project for our local council at the caravan park, the team has successfully installed the attenuation tank, hydro breaker and all storm drainage.

We have also completed around 70% of the plot renewals, including new tarmac and concrete, new walls rendered with coping stones, and all-new services installed to each plot, including electric, water and foul drainage.

There is still plenty more to come, and we’ll be sharing more updates as the project progresses.

A massive thank you to the whole team for all your hard work and effort so far. 👏🏻💪🏻

Green Light Rail & Construction recently completed a challenging project at a railway station in North Wales for one of our valued clients.

Although the scope of work was relatively small, the job came with its fair share of challenges. With all excavation requiring hand digging, limited access to nearby suppliers for materials and hand tools, and the need to keep the station platform fully operational for the public throughout, the team delivered an excellent result.

Works completed included:

* 70m of trenching excavated by hand to 600mm depth
* Installation of x2 100mm ducts and x1 50mm duct
* Installation of x7 stacker box chambers
* Pouring and installation of x4 1m x 1m concrete bases
* Installation of x1 1.5m x 1m concrete base for a PA cabinet
* Full backfilling and reinstatement of all excavation works
* Removal of 60 tonnes of muckaway in tonne bags using a trolley jack

Considering the team were only working four days each week, with one day lost to travelling, completing all works within the 4-week programme was a fantastic achievement.

A huge well done to the team from Jake Quinlan and Callum Tranterfor their hard work, commitment, and professionalism throughout.
